"Delivery turned into the usual mess"
I’m still waiting for my order, and at this point it looks like it just never arrived. I kind of assumed it might go this way once the tracking stopped updating, and unfortunately that seems to be exactly what happened.

I tried these after a friend recommended them, so I was expecting better. Unfortunately, the beans just didn’t taste fresh and had a stale flavor that really threw me off. Not quite what I was hoping for...

"Good coffee, but watch the prices"
The coffee was actually good, and I did enjoy it, but just a heads up, it’s a bit on the pricey side. I’d say it’s mostly worth it if you’re treating yourself, but don’t go in expecting a cheap coffee stop.

"Took a long time to hear back"
I waited quite a while before support finally got back to me, and by then it didn’t really feel that helpful. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I kept wondering if my message had even been seen.

"Good coffee, but I’d watch the price"
The coffee tastes fresh and smooth, and I enjoyed it. That said, it’s a little pricey, so I’d probably only buy it when I’m treating myself or if it’s on sale.
